HoloLens == MIND BLOWN
- Yesterday i got to use this goggles ( cause my neighbor worked on
that project and never told me before launch ) and i was simply
speechless . Literally speachless , I mean it word by word , i
completely felt as if i was suddenly teleported to the future ( Actually
i felt like Iron-man .)
- When i first tried this stuff , the first thing that i noticed was
that the windows logo appeared about 2 m away from me and it was
floating in 3d right in-front of me . i tried to move my head and the 3d
logo responded accurately ( Actually while wearing these goggles you
cannot distinguish what is real and what is fake. )
- There was a tile screen having 9 tiles of various menu which could
be navigated or clicked right with my hand !!!! and i could also fix
this screen in one location and look elsewhere , whenever i looked back
it was there and there were no frame-drops or lag , it really felt real .
- Then i was given a chance to showcase my talent in the build app .
Though i am not that artistic it was a experience worth having , i was
able to build structures that i could never have been able to draw in
even 2D ( although it takes few minutes to get used-to to the gestures )
. I tried to make a car model which was good enough to be recognized
as a car .
- Then i was interacting with a assistant which was looking very real
. I could walk and could see him in 360 degree . that was just
something out of sci-fi . ( I can imagine future Holographic Skype calls
in which you can interact as if you are actually present with a person
). Though the assistant wasen't smart enough but the graphics were
amazing .
- As a microsoft guy told me to be ready . I was actually thinking
what he actually meant , in a brief moment the glass scanned the present
landscape , and a matrix wave moved over it and completely transformed
the landscape !!!!!! THIS WAS THE BEST . It really felt like
teleportation . Suddenly I found myself in a luxurious hotel , the
dimensions of the room were the same , the objects were same but they
looked differently whole together , it felt as if the walls were painted
, the floor tiles changed and the chairs were made out of different
high quality material . It was just Phenomenal .
- Before i got too lost in the virtual world my time was up and i had
to do the most difficult job , i.e to remove the gogggels and to give
them back !!!!!!!! ooooooooooooo noooooooooo .
- I would like to conclude by saying is that this is the future .
Microsoft is shifting gears in right time , i have lot's of
expectations from it .to get the perspective of it;s impact , Just
imagine playing GTA 6 with these goggles , or watching a movie in which
you are a real character and everything happens right next to you .
